📹 Please record a clear unboxing video before opening your package. This is mandatory for any return, refund, damage, or missing item claim. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must remain in the same condition it was received in, including all original packaging, accessories, and seals (if applicable).
To start a return, contact us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- The complete unboxing video recorded from start to finish
Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Refunds are processed after the product is inspected and verified.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The product has been physically damaged after delivery
- The issue was not reported within 7 days
- Accessories or packaging are missing
- No proper unboxing video is provided
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few business days after successful inspection.
